From day-to-day operations to building a sense of community in each home, he’s all about making sure residents feel respected, supported, and set up for success. Lawrence is a graduate of Miami University with a degree in Business-Marketing.
Dave brings an abundance of enthusiasm and initiative to his work as a Recovery Housing and Employment Case Manager, where he empowers individuals to take an active role in building sustainable, fulfilling lives in recovery. He specializes in helping clients transition successfully from treatment by securing safe, sober housing and meaningful employment opportunities, while also guiding them in developing strong, reliable sober support networks. He holds a B.A. in Literature from Miami University and is credentialed as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA). Outside of work, Dave plays guitar in a rock band, channeling his creativity into music.

Stella is a licensed social worker who graduated from Cleveland State University and is deeply passionate about supporting individuals living with mental health and substance use challenges. Stella currently facilitate the mental health group at our facility, where she provides structured, skills-based support to individuals navigating complex and persistent concerns. She believes in meeting people where they are and providing care that is both compassionate and tailored to each individual. Stella’s work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, while also recognizing that “one-size-fits-all” solutions don’t work for complex, long-standing struggles. Stella is especially committed to helping people who may feel overlooked find their voice and access the support they deserve.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology and is a certified Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS). Passionate about serving underserved communities, she is dedicated to supporting individuals facing addiction with respect and empathy.
